Sweater: Grandfather Charcoal Sweater Sneakers: Converse
I absolutely love fall. Something about the smell of fall and the crisp in the air it just gets me. But I especially love the amazing fall pieces I get to wear. I love being able to throw something on and if it gets too warm I can easily take it off. That's why these long cardigan sweaters come in so handy.
This one is not your typical sweater. It's our "grandpa sweater".
Done in the most perfect shade of charcoal. I love that the length comes past your knees with big buttons that you can button up or leave open and that it has great big pockets. You just feel like your being hugged all day long.
Here I've paired this with ankle length denim a white tank and a fun neighbourhood toque. And of course my staple sneakers, converse.
A long cardigan sweater is a great piece to have in your wardrobe. I love this cozy sweater so much I hope you do too!

Tee Shirt: Z Supply Lipgloss: Sara Happ Bronzer: ST.TROPEZ
We travel a lot for work. So when I'm travelling I try to always buy something I can't necessarily find back home. These shorts were from a little boutique in a small town in the USA. My husband was like, are those curtains? Really? My mouth opens wide and I'm like, what do you know about women's fashion? He replied I don't, but I know what I like and those aren't it. I said whatever and walked away to the change room. As soon as I put them on I was already in love. Sure they may not be for everyone. But I love them and that's what counts. I feel good in them. They're playful. I love the tassels on the side and the pattern. I was already picturing what i could wear with them. As I walk out of the change room to show him he was like wow! Those look really good on. Ugh huh! So the moral of this story is.... Do not judge clothing on it's hanger. It tends to look different. And don't worry about what others think. As long as you feel good in them. That's all that matters... Here I've paired them with my favorite white tee.
What do you think of these shorts?

Tee Shirt: Z Supply | Leather Moto Jacket: Roots | Hair: Moroccanoil | Lipgloss: Sara Happ
So my lovely husband said were going out on a date tonight. I was like yeah! Wait... What am i going to wear? Where are we going? He saids dinner and a movie. Phew...... Perfect, jeans and a T shirt it is!
This is my go to Tee. It's a V-Neck pocket tee. It's slouchy and soft. It has a great curved hemline. It's thin which i love. So I've paired it with ripped jeans which I've cuffed (love this look with heels) and a pair of open toe nude heels. A black leather moto jacket. Minimal jewelry and a clutch.
My hair is naturally wavy but I like to use a 1 inch barrel curling iron to get a bigger curl. Quick and easy for date night. I also give my hair a quick spray with Moroccanoil Luminous Hairspray. I love the fact that it's not sticky! There is nothing worse than touching your hair or your date touching your hair and feeling that stickiness. It's weightless so it doesn't weigh down your curls. Especially for those that can't hold a curl. The heavier the product the more it weighs it down.
I also have fallen in love with Sara Happ's Luxe Glosses. They give you the prettiest pout and I love that I don't have to keep re-applying.
What are some of your go to looks for date night?

Sweatshirt: Good hYOUman
This long sleeve "everyday GRATEFUL" raglan style sweatshirt has become a fan favorite in our shop. It's a bit oversized and has a wide neckline so it can be worn off the shoulder if you want to. It's been washed twice so its super soft.
Wear it to the gym, your yoga class, a run or out for a day of fun like worn here.
