COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATE
Shipments have been experiencing delays in shipment processing, tracking and delivery. This is due to reduced domestic and international airline flight availability and strict safety precautionary measures.
Our staff continue to ship orders out as fast and safely as possible.
Due to Covid 19 we are not accepting any returns/exchanges at this time.
FREE SHIPPING $150 CDN or more, excluding tax, delivery to United States.
FLAT RATE $10.00, plus applicable taxes, delivery across Canada
FLAT RATE $20.00, plus applicable taxes, delivery to United States
* Estimated delivery within 1-7 business days from processing of the order.
* Non-major, remote locations within Canada and United States delivery up to 7-13 days.
* Orders gain tracking, signing privileges, and up to $100 CDN Insurance.
Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt, with exceptions during peak holiday periods.
Once your order has been processed, you will be notified with an Order Confirmation Email.
CURBSIDE PICKUP available at our storefront. Online orders may be picked up, select pickup at checkout. Please have your order confirmation and ID with you for pickup. Pickup is currently available by appointment. Please ring doorbell when you arrive and continue to maintain social distancing if others are waiting to pick up. *We will notify you by email and or phone when your order is ready for pickup*
WHERE WE SHIP
All our products are shipped within Canada and United States via Canada Post Expedited delivery.
To inquire about ordering for delivery outside of Canada and the United States or to inquire about other shipping options within Canada or the United States, please contact us (416-421-9595) or email@example.com or via our Contact Us Page and will respond within 24 hours.
We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations. Expedited delivery may only be available for select locations.
We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
We are not able to split an order into multiple shipping destinations.
Certain items considered hazardous materials by regulatory authorities (e.g. pressurized spray cans, fragrance, etc.) can only be shipped via ground shipping due to air transport regulations.
Buyers are responsible if applicable, for additional costs such as any duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you fell in love with your purchases.
All beauty products including skincare, cosmetics, body/bath, perfumes, nail polishes, hair products are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
All merchandise such as clothing, lifestyle, accessories must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, or defected will not be exchanged or refunded.
Merchandise may not be accepted and your credit may be forfeited if tags are missing or garments are damaged, soiled or altered. If merchandise is not accepted, it will be redelivered to you at your cost.
All Sale items are “FINAL SALE”.
Merchandise maybe exchanged or returned within 14 days of ship date only.
You will incur any fees associated with shipping and returns.
